Introduction:

Before I get started I want to make clear that the implementation of MERP will benefit everyone in the world: mothers, fathers, children, democrats, republican, libertarians, gays, straights, smokers and non-smokers etc. And I challenge anyone to come up with a better plan to end the War on Marijuana: a plan that would literally change the course of world history without spending another dime of taxpayer income. But I can't do this alone. It is up to you to get involved and spread the word as fast and as widely as possible. And motivating you to action is the primary purpose of the "MERP Headquarters. And with this brief introduction I'd just like to say, to everyone on planet Earth: welcome aboard!

"What if I told you that the MERP Model for Re-Legalizing Marijuana would:

(1) Defund all of the Mexican, Islamic and other drug cartels.
(2) Defund all of the local drug gangs
(3) Cripple the movement toward a centralized Globalist Government
(4) Reclaim the liberties lost in the wake of 911

And what if I told you that this legislation would minimally add 26.6 Billion dollars in revenue to the US economy every year: without the imposition of any further taxation on the American people? And furthermore what if I told you that this legislation could be implemented world wide, yielding similar benefits throughout the planet?

Part 02: "A Overview of the MERP Model for Marijuana Re-Legalization"


So what is MERP?

MERP is really a one syllable contraction of the acronym MRPP which is short for the “Marijuana Re-Legalization Policy Project (MRPP).” For brevity I will be using MERP from this point forward.

Here are the links to the first two video's in the series: "Re-Legalize Marijuana Now, Obama" which explores the MERP "model" which I believe to be the most thoughtful policy model for Re-Legalizing Marijuana. The reason the series is directed at President Obama is because he is in the "bully pulpit" and is best positioned to be forced to move Re-Legalization forward.

Each article, and accompanying video, focuses on how the various "players" -- government, moneyed drug reform organizations, gangs, drug cartels, prison industrial complex etc. -- profit from the continuation of Marijuana Prohibition. And while the series may tend to focus on the United States the real intent is to promote MERP globally, as a first step in unseating the globalist military-industrial empire and to move us toward a sustainable future of independent sovereign nations. In point of fact the MERP Model is really part of a much larger agenda -- The "New Agenda for America" -- that can also be applied globally in order to secure that very sustainable future.

The primary purpose of this series of articles and videos is to make sure Marijuana is Re-Legalized in 2009 under the MERP Model because it is the only model that will destroy the profiteers of narco-trafficking. Like this page, each video is accompanied by a transcript, of each video, that can be translated into over 40 languages with the click of a mouse. That is because I want to see the MERP Model implemented world wide: hopefully as early as November 3rd, 2009 (Election Day in the US).

Once you understand the benefits of the MERP Model, I am hoping that you will become involved so that we can combine our energies and implement the MERP model throughout the United States and hopefully throughout planet Earth. And with enough of your help I'm hoping we can realize the complete Re-Legalization of Marijuana, World Wide, by the end of 2009. And if we don't reach that goal we just keep the pressure up until the War on Marijuana "hits the floor."
